籃板後庭不要碰--NBA規則下發界外球之限制(續篇)
上一篇「界外發球被判走步！？-NBA規則下發界外

大家在推文中討論提出了幾個很有趣的問題。
在NBA規則中，
1.對方投籃、罰球進球後及每節開始時可不可以在
籃板下發界外球？
2.對方投籃、罰球進球後及每節開始時發底線界外
球，是不是青菜走？有左右5步限制嗎？還是只
能往一個方向跑？
3.發底線界外球可不可以越過籃板傳球？
3個趣味的問題，
揪...竟...可不可以這樣發界外球呢？

一、投籃、罰球進球後及每節開始時在籃板下發界
外球--OK
NBA規則下，一般違例界外發球，裁判都會指定發
球球員發球該站的位置，同時球員發球時受到移動
的限制。
不過，NBA規則例外准許在投籃、罰球進球後及每
節開始時，球員發球並無移動上之限制。問題來了
，這樣的情況下，球員可以選擇站在籃板下發球嗎
？
答案是：可以。
一則從應然面來看，NBA規則中並無任何明確禁止
球員站在籃板下面發球的規範；
另則從實然面來看，於實際的NBA比賽中，當有前
述裁判未指定位置的界外發球機會時，NBA球員為
求更快的攻守轉換，大多會選擇在對手進球後，直
接籃下拿球後跳出籃板後方發界外球。
以下擷取幾個NBA比賽中，投籃、罰球進球後及每
節開始時，NBA球員直接在籃板後方發球的鏡頭，
供作參考。
二、投籃、罰球進球後及每節開始時發底線界外球
，發球者移動上沒有方向及步數的限制
之前文章有提過，在NBA規則下，投籃、罰球進球
後及每節開始時發底線界外球，發球者不受移動的
限制。
有進一步提出的問題，NBA規則准發球者在此情形
下發球可以動，但在怎麼動上有沒有限制？有沒規
定有說，只能往一個方向跑？還是只能左走5步右
走5步？
對此，NBA規則事實上並無明文。
且NBA08-09官方第333號判例，應該是採取前述情
形下發球員移動上「不受限制」的看法
333. Attempting a throw-in after a successful
field goal/free throw, Player A1 runs along
the baseline.Is this a violation?
No. 「Player A1’s movement is not restricted.」
Hemay also pass the ball to a teammate
positionedout-of-bounds. The only requirement
is that the entire throw-in procedure must be
completed within five seconds. This is also
true for the throw-in at the start of the
second, third and fourth periods.
RULE 8 - SECTION III - c
何況，球員發界外球受有5秒的限制，想要來個折
返跑，可能時間會不太夠。
三、發界外球時，籃板的屁股和後面的風不可以過
最後是最有趣的問題，在NBA規則下，底線發界外
球可不可以越過籃板呢？
答案是：不行。
08-09NBA官方第342號判例明確揭示，底線發球越
過籃板後方（passes directly behind the
backboard,），違反「未直接發球進場」（NBA規
則第8條第3項f款）之規定，屬於發球違例，應由
對方球隊取得球權。
同時NBA規則第6條第1項e款（10），也有同樣的規
範。
342. Player A1, in an attempt to inbound the
ball on the baseline, throws the ball in such
a manner that it:
...
(4) passes directly behind the backboard,
...
What is the procedure and where is the ball
put into play?
ANS:
(1) - (5) Player A1 is guilty of failing to
throw the ball directly inbounds; the ball is
awarded to Team B on the baseline at the
original throw-in spot.
...
RULE 8 - SECTION III

RULE NO. 8—OUT-OF-BOUNDS AND THROW-IN
Section III—The Throw-In
f. A throw-in which touches the floor, or
any object on or outside the boundary line,
or touches anything above the playing
surface is a violation. The ball must be
thrown directly inbounds.
EXCEPTION: Rule 8—Section II—c.
PENALTY: Violation of this rule is loss of
possession, and the ball must be inbounded
at the previous spot of the throw-in.

RULE NO. 6—PUTTING BALL IN PLAY—LIVE/DEAD BALL
Section I—Start of Games/Periods and Others
e. On the following infractions, the ball
shall be awarded to the opposing team out-of
bounds on the nearest sideline at the free
throw line extended:
(10) Ball passing directly behind backboard

但如果底線發界外球打到籃板背後被說是沒有直
接發球進場，還可以理解。
那為什麼球穿過籃板背後，越過籃板頂端進入場
內，沒有打到任何東西，還是發球違例呢？
答案是：
整個球場的天空，就籃板背後垂直平行的空氣，
不一樣。
在NBA比賽中，籃板屁股和後面空氣算界外。
按NBA規則第4條第1項c款之規定，籃板可以分為
上、下、左、右、前、後6面。球碰到籃板上、
下、左、右、前5面都OK，比賽繼續。但籃板背
面（back of the backboard）及籃板正後方的
區域（the area directly behind it），都屬
於界外（out-of-bounds）。
RULE NO. 4—DEFINITIONS
Section I—Basket/Backboard
c. Five sides of the backboard (front, two
sides, bottom and top) are considered in
play when contacted by the basketball. The
back of the backboard and the area directly
behind it are out-of-bounds.
這應該就是為什麼08-09NBA官方第342號判例認
為底線發球越過籃板後方（passes directly
behind the backboard,）屬違例的理由，是因
為違反「未直接發球進場」（NBA規則第8條第3
項f款）規範。
畢竟籃板正後方的區域屬於界外，底線發球越過
籃板後方，就像直接把球發到界外一樣。
為免發球違例，
汝不可讓球未碰觸場內球員即出界（第10條第3
項7款）。
(7) cause the ball to go out-of-bounds
without being touched by a player in the
game.
前面說的是發底線界外球的情況，不過既然籃板背
面及籃板正後方的區域都屬於界外，那麼同理，比
賽進行中，將傳球、投籃球砸中籃板背面或是穿過
籃板正後方的區域，自然都屬於球出界的範疇。
RULE NO. 8—OUT-OF-BOUNDS AND THROW-IN
Section II—Ball
b. Any ball that rebounds or passes directly
behind the backboard, in either direction,
from any point is considered out-of-bounds.
這就說明了常常看球員在底線做出0度角投籃，為
何有時候成為收入10大好球的nice play，有時候
卻被裁判鳴哨沒收了。
「有沒有通過籃板背後那塊後庭禁區」，就是最後
的判斷標準。
Larry Bird這個「『負』度角投籃」（參見影片1）
，即使進球後被裁判吹判違例，也無損其作為NBA
史上經典精彩鏡頭之一的風采。
